CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each day CrossFit PAINesville will feature a WOD [workout of the day]. This specific workout is always prescribed by our CrossFit Level 1 trainers and preformed by you.

 

$130 - per month (unlimited)
$150 - 10 visit punch card*
$20 - drop-in
$120 - for 3 consecutive months (unlimited)
$105 - for 6 consecutive months (unlimited)
$25 - Discounts for families, students, active military and first responders.

Ladies Only CrossFit



LADIES ONLY CROSSFIT

Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 9 until 10am, you will find these ladies working hard. You will experience and practice CrossFit lifts, exercises and skills, while also participating in the daily WOD.

CrossFit Kids & Teens



CROSSFIT KIDS & Teens

CrossFit Kids and Teens were developed to help kids grow up healthy, strong and develop a life long love of fitness which will give them the foundation to avoid problems associated with childhood obesity and inactivity.

 

Kids Class [ages 5-12]
$50
- per month / 2x per week
$75 - per month / 2x per week for 2 kids same family

 

Teens Class [ages 12-15]
$70 - per month / 2x per week
$100 - per month / 2x per week for 2 kids same family

 

NOTE – Crossfit Kids Class and CrossFit Teens Class are monthly classes beginning the first of each month.

CROSSFIT KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY

Coach led activities: 45-60 minutes, Party room: 30 minutes for food and gifts. All food, drinks, presents, wrappers etc. must be kept at party table. For safety reasons, we ask that children NOT return to the gym or play on the equipment once the Coach led activities are over.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This one is all about YOU… for once. Private, one-on-one training with one of our CFL1 trainers who will meet with you and program to your abilities aimed at achieving your goals. During your weekly one hour sessions you will exercise as well as discuss your nutrition with recommendations being made to help you achieve your goals.
